Response to the Dividend Reinvestment Program
"BriQ Properties Real Estate Investment R.E.I.C." (the "Company") in the context of its share capital increase through a four-year (2025-2028) dividend reinvestment ("Dividend Reinvestment Program") as approved by the General Meeting of 29.04.2025, and following the expiration of the Option Period, announces that 57,2% of the total share capital, including the Company's main shareholders, responded positively to the program by choosing to reinvest in the Company part of the interim dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 2025.
Following the above, out of the total interim dividend of € 3.673.423,52 from the profits of the fiscal year 2025, € 1.570.688,24 will be distributed to the beneficiaries, while the remaining € 2.102.735,28 will be used for the Company's Share Capital Increase to repay part of the Company's existing debt.
The share capital of the Company increased by € 1.560.333,60 with the issuance of 743.016 new, common, dematerialized, registered voting shares of a nominal value of € 2,10 each, with an Issue Price of € 2,83 per New Share, while the difference between the nominal value of the new shares and the Issue Price, for a total amount of € 542.401.68 will be credited to the "Premium" account. The 743.016 new shares will be issued on 27.11.2025, the same date as the distribution of the dividend.
