Re: Update regarding issuance of order pursuant to the Planning and Building Law

Further to the provisions of Section 1 of the 'Update on Description of the Corporation's Business' chapter in the Company's quarterly report as of 30.6.2025, published by the Company on 11.8.2025¹ regarding, among other things, the receipt of an order pursuant to the Planning and Building Law, 1965 (the Exemption Order and the Planning and Building Law, respectively), and further to the Company's report dated 5.10.2025 regarding the recommendation of the National Council for the issuance of an order under the Planning and Building Law granting the Company a temporary exemption from a building permit in connection with the construction of gas turbines required for the production of electricity to replace turbines destroyed in Operation Am Kallavi,² the Company hereby updates that on 20.11.2025, the Prime Minister, Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, signed an amendment to the Exemption Order, which was issued following the abovementioned recommendation of the National Council, adding to the Exemption Order a temporary exemption from a permit under the Planning and Building Law for the construction of gas turbines for electricity production and ancillary systems (the Amended Order). The implementation of the Amended Order is subject to the conditions detailed therein and in the Planning and Building Law.
