Further to the company's immediate report dated 2.11.2020 (reference number 2025-01-082910) and to the disclosure in the update to section 4.8 in the Company's business description in the periodic report for the third quarter of 2025, regarding a notice of labor dispute and strike in the subsidiary Bezeq International Ltd. (hereinafter: Bezeq International), an additional immediate report is hereby given that on 20.11.2025 the company received a notice from Bezeq International stating that Bezeq International has reached an agreement with the employees' representatives regarding the change in the work-from-home arrangement, and the labor dispute has been cancelled.
