Correction of Current Report No. 25/2025

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A., with its registered office in Luxembourg informs that Current Report No. 25/2025 dated 17 November 2025 contained an error consisting of an incorrect indication of the nominal value of a single Series A1 bond: PLN 2,500.00 instead of PLN 5,000.00.
The error was a clerical mistake and does not affect the content of the subsequent Current Report No. 26/2025 dated 20 November 2025 concerning the conversion of Series A1 bonds into shares, nor does it change the total conversion value of PLN 2.5 million.
