Annual General Meeting

Dublin, London, 20 November 2025 | Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Group'), the international group shaping the future of sustainable land use, announces that earlier today it held its Annual General Meeting.

All nineteen resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting were passed. Voting on all resolutions was conducted by poll and the results are available from the Company's website www.originenterprises.com.
