14.11.2025 tarihinde yapmış olduğumuz Özel Durum Açıklamamızda,
Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş.'nin 14.11.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında, satışa çıkarılan 3 portföyden toplamda 545,1 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 1 bireysel portföyün ihalesini şirketimizin kazandığı duyurulmuştu.

In our Material Event Disclosure dated November 14th, 2025,
It was announced that our company successfully secured the tender for 1 retail portfolio with a total principal amount of TL 545.1 million out of 3 portfolios put up for sale in the non-performing loans sale conducted by Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on November 14th, 2025.
The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans subject to this tender have been duly completed.
