Dividend Rate Table Explanations

At the meeting of the Board of Directors dated 03.04.2025 and numbered 2025/11, within the scope of the Company's articles of association and dividend distribution policy, it was resolved that the profit for the year 2024 amounting to gross (TL 90,000. 000), which corresponds to a gross dividend of TL 5 (500%) gross and TL 4.25 (425%) net, to the shareholders in accordance with the attached dividend distribution table prepared for the relevant accounting period, within the framework of the principles stipulated in the legislation, and to authorise the Board of Directors to determine the distribution date by taking into consideration the cash projections of the company.
