("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Panagiotis Tsiantoulas, Chief People Officer OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 20.11.2025, purchased 1,500 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.7400 for a total value of €25,110.00 on 19.11.2025.
