Bankamızca 19.09.2023 tarihinde ihracı gerçekleştirilen XS2678232781 ve US90015YAE95 ISIN kodlu, 300 milyon ABD doları tutarında ve 19.10.2028 itfa tarihli yurtdışı sürdürülebilir tahvil ihracından elde edilen fonların kullandırımı tamamlanmış olup, ilgili ihraca ilişkin Fon Kullanımı ve Etki Raporunun Türkçe tercümesi ekte yer almaktadır.

The utilization of the funds obtained from the issuance of sustainable eurobond amounting to USD 300 million, with ISIN codes XS2678232781 and US90015YAE95, issued by our bank on 19.09.2023 and maturing on 19.10.2028, has been completed. The Turkish translation of the Allocation and Impact Report related to the issuance is attached.
