GCP Infra today announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting on 13 February 2025 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares, it repurchased 250,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 71.07 pence per share, to be held in treasury, on 18 November 2025.

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 884,797,669 ordinary shares of which 49,309,236 are held in treasury.
