Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie di TXT e-solutions S.p.A. approvato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti in data 29 aprile 2025, la Società comunica le seguenti operazioni relative ad azioni ordinarie TXT e-solutions, ai sensi dell'art. 87-bis della Delibera Consob n. 11971/1999 ("Regolamento Emittenti").

UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAM

Within the TXT e-solutions's share buy-back program approved on 29 April 2025 by Shareholders' Meeting, the Company informs the following transactions, pursuant to art. 87-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999 ("Issuers Regulations").
