UPDATED FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

Ble Kedros Reic announces the updated financial calendar for the year 2025 in accordance with article 4 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and Resolution 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Exchange, as follows:

21.11.2025: Ex-Dividend date.

24.11.2025: Dividend Beneficiaries (Record Date).

26.11.2025: Date of commencement of dividend payment through Optima Bank SA.

Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following timely notification to the public.
