New Private and Institutional Portfolio Management Service

New Licenses & Intention to Enter the Greek Market by GMM Global Money Managers Ltd

Our subsidiary, GMM Global Money Managers Ltd, is activating two new licenses following approval received from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

These licenses concern the provision of Private and Institutional Portfolio Management services as well as Investment Advisory services, which will be offered under the distinctive service title "Global Wealth Management."

It is noted that, until now, the Group's subsidiaries, GMM Global Money Managers Ltd and GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd, have provided institutional management services for Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

With the activation of these new services, the Group will now offer comprehensive management and advisory services to retail investors in the form of Wealth Management, as well as to other institutional investors, such as pension funds, provident funds, etc.

The Company intends to offer these services in Greece as well, once the relevant notifications have been submitted to the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission and Hellenic Capital Market Commission.

Activating these licenses and providing services of this nature to retail and institutional investors are essential to the Group's strategy, which aims to provide everyone with access to professional advice and professional asset management.

Supplementary Information

The license for Private Portfolio Management and the Provision of Investment Advice has been granted by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) to GMM Global Money Managers Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

The licenses concern the provision of the following ancillary services, pursuant to Article 109(4) of the Open-Ended Undertakings for Collective Investment Law of 2012 (L.78(I)/2012):

• Article 109(4)(a) Management of investment portfolios, including those owned by pension funds, in accordance with mandates given by investors on a discretionary, client-by-client basis.
• Article 109(4)(b)(i) Investment advice concerning one or more financial instruments.

Commercial utilisation of said license has already commenced, and the company intends to activate this license in the Greek market as well through the European passport.

This development is fully aligned with the Group's strategic direction regarding the expansion of its licensed activities, thereby implementing part of its strategy.

The addition of private portfolio management and investment advisory services constitutes a fundamental step toward providing comprehensive and personalised solutions to a broader range of investors.
