Restoration of Listing and Trading in the Company's Shares

HGEN is pleased to announce that, following the publication of the Company's Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 and Q3 NAV as at 30 September 2025 both released on 13 November 2025, the Company's application to restore trading has been approved.

Accordingly, the listing of the Company's ordinary shares on the FCA's Official List and trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, was restored.
