ASSET SALE UPDATE

On 11 July 2025 the Company announced its agreement to sell all its Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "July Announcement").

Further to the July Announcement, and the subsequent Asset Sale Updates provided on 28 August, 1 September and 30 October 2025, the Board is pleased to announce that, following the Lease End Date for MSN 134, sale proceeds of £33.07 million have been received with title successfully passing to Emirates.

The Board intends to provide further updates in due course regarding the distribution of total sale proceeds, as anticipated in the July announcement.
