Vantiva takes another step towards completing the acquisition of CommScope's Home Networks division

Paris – January 4, 2024 - Vantiva (Euronext Paris: VANTI), today announced that it has received approval from the South African authorities to proceed with the acquisition of CommScope's Home Networks business. With this approval, Vantiva has cleared all conditions related to the antitrust authorities and reached a new milestone in the acquisition process. Final signature of the transaction is expected in January 2024.
