Eiffage wins the contract for construction of the "Hélios 2" extension to the Campus Thales - Hélios in Vélizy-Meudon

Eiffage, through its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Goyer, recently won the generalcontracting project to create Hélios 2, a 37,945 m² extension to the Campus Thales - Hélios, located in the Vélizy-Meudon commercial hub.

Led by landlord Covivio, the project covers the creation of a six-storey building containing offices and industrial spaces, communal spaces including a company restaurant area and an underground parking on three levels. A parking silo is also included. The site will be enhanced by planted terraces and 9,000 m² of exterior green space.

The project, designed by Arte Charpentier Architectes, is aiming for certifications including Breeam 2016 at Excellent level, NF HQE 2016 at Excellent level, OsmoZ, R2SD 1 Star, and RT2012 -30%, and will be RE2020-compliant.

Goyer, the Eiffage subsidiary and French leader in the design, fabrication and facades installation, will be responsible for all exterior joinery (curtain walls, aluminium frames and glass panels) on the main building, and also the zinc sunshades for the parking silo.

The teams will have to successfully complete the operation for delivery in mid-2026.

This new contract is testament to Covivio's continuing confidence in the Eiffage Group, which has already created close to 97,000 m² of commercial properties on adjacent sites.
