Yves-Eric François said: "It is with enthusiasm that I am preparing to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer. The expertise and dynamism of our financial team are pillars of our successes. By leveraging all the talents of Neoen and building on the work done by Louis-Mathieu Perrin, our objective is to fully realize our potential for value creation and consolidate our position among the global leaders in exclusively renewable energy production."

Xavier Barbaro, Neoen's Chairman and CEO, concluded: "We are pleased to see Yves-Eric François join our Executive Committee. Beyond its financial expertise, its operational experience and knowledge of the Australian market are valuable assets for our future development. I warmly thank Louis-Mathieu Perrin, whose contribution to the success of our Group over the past five years has been remarkable. Our company now takes its rightful place among global energy players, while maintaining its unique identity as an independent pure player in renewables. We are confident that Yves-Eric François will successfully contribute to Neoen's continued expansion."
