AVAILABILITY OF ENGIE'S 2023 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

ENGIE announces that the French version of its 2023 Universal Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), on 7 March 2024, under the number D.24-0085.

This Universal Registration Document was filed according to the ESEF format (European Single Electronic Format) established by delegate regulation (EU) n°2019/815

The Universal Registration Document comprises:

• − the 2023 annual financial report;
• − information on report on corporate governance;
• − the Statutory Auditor's report and fees;
• − information required under the description of the share buyback program;
• − information related to social, environmental and societal responsibility (included the non-financial statement and the vigilance plan).

From March 8, 2024, the Universal Registration Document is available to the public at no cost in accordance with applicable legislation on the Company website (www.engie.com). Copies of the Universal Registration Document are also available at the Company's headquarter, 1 place Samuel de Champlain – 92400 Courbevoie, France.

The URD is also available in English on the Company website (www.engie.com), on the home page of the website and on the home page of the "Finance" section.
