Completion of the share buyback programme
Accor announces the completion of its EUR400m share buyback programme announced on February 22, 2024.
A first tranche of share repurchase for EUR275m has been executed through a share purchase agreement signed with Jinjiang International on March 11, 2024. The transaction accounted for 7 million shares at a price per Accor share of EUR39.22.
The remaining amount of the share buyback program, launched on March 20, 2024, for EUR125m, has been completed on April 4, 2024, with the acquisition of 2,923,228 shares at an average price of EUR42.93
At completion, the Group acquired 9,923,228 shares at an average price of EUR40.31. These shares will be cancelled in the coming weeks.
