United Utilities Group PLC announces changes to board responsibilities with effect from 14 November 2025:

·    Marina Wyatt succeeds Doug Webb as chair of the Audit Committee and chair of the Treasury Committee. Doug will remain as a member of both committees; and

·    Liam Butterworth steps down from the Audit Committee.
