Şirketimizin, QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ'ye ait arsa üzerinde geliştirdiği, Kurtköy QFlats Projesi arsasına, GYO Tebliği'nin 26. maddesi uyarınca, bugün (14.11.2025) şerh konulmuştur.

A note has been placed today (November 14, 2025) on the Kurtköy QFlats Project plot of land developed by our company on land owned by QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ, in accordance with Article 26 of the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Regulation.

This is the translation of the Turkish disclosure made through the Public Disclosure Platform. In accordance with CMB legislation, in case of any difference between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
