Fontenay-aux-Roses, France, 5.45 pm CEST on May 7, 2024 - The ICAPE Group (ISIN code: FR001400A3Q3 - Ticker: ALICA), a global technology distributor of printed circuit boards ("PCB") and custom-made electromechanical parts, announced that the Combined General Meeting of the Group will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 8:30 am, at the Group's headquarters, located at 33 avenue du Général Leclerc, Fontenay-aux-Roses (92260).

To exercise their vote, shareholders may, in accordance with the procedures described in the prior notice published in the BALO on April 12, 2024:
