Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 31, 2024
Information regarding availability and consultation of preparatory documents
The Shareholders of Accor (the "Company") are invited to take part to the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting which will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 09:00 a.m., at its headquarters located 82 rue Henri Farman – 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux (France).
The preliminary notice of meeting (avis de réunion) including the agenda, the draft resolutions as well as the main terms and conditions for participating and voting at the Shareholders' Meeting to be held on May 31, 2024, are included in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) published on April 19, 2024 (Bulletin No. 42).
The convening notice of meeting (avis de convocation) will be published in the BALO (Bulletin No. 56) and in actu-juridique.fr on May 8, 2024.
The preparatory documents and information relating to the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The documents and information referred to in Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are posted on the Company's website at: https://group.accor.com/en/finance/annual-general-meeting/shareholders-meeting.
They are mainly grouped in (i) the 2024 Notice of Meeting and (ii) the 2023 Universal Registration Document.
Shareholders are invited to regularly consult the updates of the page dedicated to the General Meeting within the Finance section of the group.accor.com website.
