Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 15.10.2025 tarihinde aldığı bedelli sermaye artırım kararı çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin 5.000.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanını içerisinde 2.000.000.000 TL olan mevcut sermayesinin, tamamı nakden (bedelli) ve/veya Pay Tebliği'nin 12'nci maddesinin 4'üncü fıkrası uyarınca Şirket'e nakden konulacak fonlar sebebiyle oluşacak borçtan mahsup edilerek karşılanmak üzere 2.500.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılması kapsamında 13.11.2025 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmıştır.
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu onayına sunulan taslak izahname ve fon kullanım raporu ekte yer almaktadır. İzahname Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu onayına sunulmuş olup, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nca henüz onaylanmamıştır.
