UPDATE OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

Athens, November 13, 2025 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE" or the "Company") updates its Financial Calendar for year 2025, initially published on January 31, 2025 and amended on April 15, 2025, as follows:

Following the disposal of Telekom Romania Mobile Communications S.A. (''TKRM''), as announced on October 1, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors on November 12, 2025 approved the distribution of an extraordinary dividend to its shareholders of a total amount of €40mn, or €0.1 gross per share. The final dividend amount per share will be increased accordingly for own shares held by the company that are not entitled to dividends as of the "ex-dividend date".

In the context of the distribution of the above extraordinary dividend:

i.     the ex-dividend date to be Monday, December 22, 2025,

ii.    the record date to be Tuesday, December 23, 2025, i.e. OTE shareholders registered on that date in the records of the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) shall have the right to receive said extraordinary dividend,

iii.   dividend payment to shareholders will be initiated on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

The Company will proceed with a new announcement on dividend payment relevant details. It is noted that the Company reserves the right to alter the above dates after timely informing investors of the amendment hereof.
