Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

MHA (AIM: MHA), a leading professional services provider of audit and assurance, tax, accountancy and advisory services, will announce its results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 on Thursday 20 November 2025.

Analyst Presentation

Rakesh Shaunak, Chief Executive Officer, and Steve Moore, Chief Financial Officer, will host an in-person analyst presentation at 9:30 a.m. on the day. Any analyst wishing to attend is invited to register by emailing [email protected].

Investor Presentation

The management team will also be hosting a live investor presentation on Friday 21 November 2025 at 4:30 p.m. via the Engage Investor platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event or at any time during the live presentation.
