Infotel announces the acquisition of a 30% stake in Altanna, an expert in complex IT infrastructure solutions

Infotel, (ISIN: FR0000071797 - ticker: INF), the go-to partner for digital transformation for key accounts in Europe, today announced the acquisition of a 30% stake in Altanna, an expert in the construction, integration and operation of complex IT infrastructure solutions.

Founded in Lyon in 2021 by Stéphane Berthillot and Jimmy Boulanger, two IT infrastructure experts with extensive experience serving key accounts, Altanna has developed an offering that integrates several key IT skills areas such as applications (Dev – DevOps), cloud computing (Azure, AWS), cybersecurity (governance, security, audit and testing) and infrastructure. Altanna employs more than 50 people and is based in Paris, Lyon and Lille.

It works with key accounts in a wide range of sectors such as transport, energy, banking & insurance, services and industry. The Company generated revenue of €2 million in 2023 and projects revenue of €4 million in 2024.

Altanna has worked with Infotel on multiple occasions on its clients' projects for a variety of missions, including:

• a cybersecurity audit at a site that manufactures customized payment cards;
• IT security strategy consulting on sensitive sites;
• management of a crisis unit on performance issues for a critical application;
• operational support for a DevOps team through the implementation of best practice and expertise;
• implementation of automation chains for application integration and deployment (CI/CD pipeline);
• data center virtualization.

This acquisition of an interest in Altanna provides Infotel with a dedicated high added-value infrastructure offering backed by a reputed entity with strong technological DNA.

The acquisition of 30% of Altanna's share capital is fully financed in cash from own funds, and will be effective at the beginning of July, after the completion of audits and the lifting of the usual conditions precedent.

The contract provides for an option to acquire a majority stake in Altanna within three years.
