Akbank T.A.Ş.'nin 30.10.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirdiği tahsili gecikmiş alacak satışında satışa çıkarılan 8 portföyden toplamda 397,5 milyon TL anapara büyüklüğündeki 2 bireysel portföyün ihalesini en yüksek teklifi vererek şirketimizin kazandığı duyurulmuştu.

In our Material Event Disclosure dated October 30th, 2025,
It was announced that our company has successfully secured the tender by submitting the highest bid for 2 retail portfolios with a total principal amount of TL 397.5 million out of 8 portfolios put up for sale by Akbank T.A.Ş. on October 30th, 2025.
The transfer and assignment procedures of the loans, subject to this tender, have been duly completed.
