Additional Explanations

19.06.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, 2024 yılı bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından 6.480.000,- TL brüt kar payının ortaklarımıza temettü olarak dağıtılmasına, brüt kâr payının tamamının nakden ödenmesine, ödeme tarihleri ve tutarlarının belirlenmesi hususunda yönetim kuruluna yetki verilmesine karar verilmişti.

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 12.11.2025 tarihli toplantısında;

a) 2024 yılı dönem kârından genel kurul tarafından dağıtılmasına karar verilen brüt 6.480.000,- TL kâr payının 05.12.2025 tarihinde ödenmesine,

b) Mevzuat gereğince ödenecek kâr payının, ödeme tarihi itibarıyla mevcut payların tümüne, bunların ihraç ve iktisap tarihleri dikkate alınmaksızın payları oranında eşit olarak dağıtılmasına,

karar verilmiştir.
