In accordance with a resolution taken at the Annual General Meeting of Alfa Laval AB on April 23, 2007, the Chairman of the Board, Anders Narvinger has contacted the largest shareholders to constitute the Nomination Committee in preparation of the Annual General Meeting 2008.
The following persons have accepted to be part of the Nomination Committee: Finn Rausing, Tetra Laval, Lars-Åke Bokenberger, AMF-Pension, Jan Andersson, Swedbank Robur Funds, Lars Öhrstedt, AFA Insurances and Peter Rudman, Nordea Funds.
The Annual General Meeting of Alfa Laval AB will be held at Olympen, Sparta, Tunavägen 39 in Lund, Sweden, on Tuesday, 22 April, 2008, at 16.00 (CET).
