Lindab Nomination Committee and 2008 AGM

Lindab's Annual General Meeting shall be held on 7 May 2008. The time and place of the Meeting will be announced in the notice of the AGM. It is hereby announced that the Chairman of the Board, Svend Holst-Nielsen, in conjunction with the company's major owners, have appointed a Nomination Committee with Svend Holst-Nielsen as the convener. The Nomination Committee comprises the following:

• Arne Karlsson, representing Ratos AB (publ), Chairman
• Caroline af Ugglas, representing Skandia Liv
• Urmas Kruusval, representing Sjätte AP-fonden
• Svend Holst-Nielsen, as Chairman of the board of Lindab International AB

In accordance with an AGM resolution, the Nomination Committee shall evaluate the composition and work of the Board of Directors and draft proposals for the 2008 AGM regarding:

• Election of a Chairman for the AGM.
• Election of the Board of Directors
• Election of a Chairman of the Board
• Fees to Board members and auditors
• Proposal for nomination committee

Shareholders who wish to contact the Nomination Committee are invited to send an e-mail to carlgustav.nilsson@lindab.com (with "To the Nomination Committee" in the subject field) or a letter to "Lindab's Nomination Committee, Carl-Gustav Nilsson, Lindab International AB, 269 82 Båstad".

Shareholders who wish to submit a proposal for consideration at the AGM should send these to the Chairman of the Board (at the above address) in reasonable time prior to publication of the notice of the meeting, which is scheduled for the end of March 2008.
