Capital Markets Day

PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, announces that it will host a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and analysts today.

The event will be led by James Barham, Chief Executive Officer, alongside members of PCI Pal's senior management team. Through a series of presentations and demonstrations, the team will share:

• An overview of the Company's strategy and growth opportunities;

• Insights into PCI Pal's go-to-market approach, highlighting its partner-first strategy and direct enterprise sales capabilities;

• A look at the Company's global cloud platform, including demonstrations of its core solutions and customer and partner case studies; and

• Information on the Company's innovation pipeline and product roadmap.

A recording of the CMD and presentation will be made available via the Company's website following the event.

Update on Trading

The Company is pleased to report a strong start to the financial year with good momentum across its partner eco-system, growing sales and partner pipelines across both Europe and North America regions, and new business signed year to date in line with management expectations.

The Board remains confident in delivering against the exciting plans it laid out in its full year results announcement of 9 September 2025.
