Press Release Solna, December 28, 2007

Organizational changes at Scribona

The management of IT distributor Scribona has decided on further organizational changes in Sweden, Finland and Norway. The changes are taking place within the framework of an ongoing restructuring program designed to cut costs, optimize efficiency and boost profitability.

The restructuring program launched in 2007 has significantly improved Scribona's position. Additional steps will be taken in 2008 to achieve lower costs and more effective processes as a means for creating an efficient, profitable and sales-focused Scribona. The organizational changes will lead to redundancies and affect all Scribona units in Sweden, Finland and Norway. Implementation of the new organization will start at the end of January and is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2008.

"The measures taken in 2007 have led to positive results, but our work is not finished. We will continue our efforts to enhance Scribona's strength in a fiercely competitive market," says Fredrik Berglund, CEO of Scribona.
