Press release 8 February 2008

Elanders continues its international expansion and acquires Seiz Printing in the U.S.

Elanders broadens its international platform, primarily within the segment Automotive, by acquiring the shares in Seiz Printing Co, Atlanta, USA, which gives Elanders production capacity in North America.

Elanders has signed a contract with the owners of Seiz Printing Co, Acworth, Atlanta, Georgia, USA to acquire all the shares in the company. The company has 60 employees and a turnover of some MUSD 14. For the past couple of years Elanders has worked together with Seiz in production and deliveries to the Group's automotive customers in the U.S. The company is specialised in high quality offset production and logistic services. The purchase price is estimated at MUSD 3. The former owners are, and will continue to be, active in the company.

"We see great opportunities through this acquisition to strengthen our position in the segment Automotive in USA. Several of our customers have requested deliveries in the U.S. and we believe Atlanta, located in the expansive southeast of the country, is a good place to set up shop for deliveries to Group customers in the North American market", says Patrick Holm, President and CEO of Elanders.
