Fabege and Peab have concluded an agreement to initiate a project partnership in Ulriksdal (Solna), where Fabege will gradually acquire development rights for 50,000 m2 of office space along the side facing the E4 motorway.
Fabege has also acquired 50% of the shares in Deamatris AB for SEK 30 million. Deamatris owns and develops the property Krejaren 2 by Östermalmstorg in central Stockholm.
Fabege has agreed to sell the housing project Racketen 11 in Alvik to Peab. The deal is contingent on approval of a detailed development plan.
