Bure-owned Citat divests Appelberg

Bure's subsidiary Citat Group AB divests its subsidiary Appelberg Publishing Group AB to Stampen Media Partner AB, a business unit within Stampen AB.

The purchase price for 100 per cent of the shares amounts to SEK 81.7M and in addition SEK 10M is distributed to Citat from Appelberg in connection with the transaction. Citat now chooses to unify the offer within editorial communication under the trademark Citat Journalistgruppen.

Appelberg, with about 60 employees, had a turnover for 2007 of about SEK 87M with an operating result of about SEK 8M.
