Anew Learning completes the acquisition of UVS Gymnasium in Malmö/Burlöv and Kristianstad

Bure announced on 27 March 2008 that Anew Learning and its subsidiary Framtidsgymnasiet, signed an agreement to take over UVS Gymnasium in Malmö/Burlöv and Kristianstad. The agreement was conditioned on the approval of the Swedish Agency for Education regarding the change of principal.

The Swedish Agency for Education has announced that they accept the change of principal and therefore Anew Learning and Framtidsgymnasiet now will complete the acquisition.
