WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME PURCHASED No. 350,000 SHARES (EQUAL TO 0.034% OF THE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL) OVERALL EQUIVALENT: €1.14 MILLIONS
Milan, November 10, 2025 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period November 3-7, 2025 included, no. 350,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.034% of the ordinary share capital and 2.71% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €1,144,792.50.
In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of November 7, 2025, amounts to 28,073,437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.759% of the ordinary share capital.
Below, attached, the details of the purchases made (through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.) and the operations carried out in the aforementioned period, in detail.
