Brussels, 10 November 2025, 17:30 CET – Titan SA (the Company) (Euronext Brussels, ATHEX and Euronext Paris, TITC) announces that the Company purchased in total 8,727 shares of Titan SA on Euronext Brussels and the Athens Stock Exchange in the period from November 3, 2025, until November 7, 2025. The programme is implemented in compliance with the applicable buyback rules and regulations.
