PERIODIC DISCLOSURE ON THE PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES 3 NOVEMBER 2025 – 7 NOVEMBER 2025

Biesse S.p.A. – (the "Company" or "Biesse") – announces to have purchased on Euronext Milan, in the period between November 3 and November 7, 2025, a total of n. 148,814 ordinary shares (equal to 0.54% of the share capital), at the average unit price of Euro 5.53065, for a total amount equal to Euro 823,294.79.

Such transactions were carried out as part of the authorization to purchase of own shares approved by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of November 18, 2024, and in execution of the Share Buyback Program, the launch of which was approved by the Board of Directors on 28 October 2025.

The purchases have been carried out through the authorized intermediary Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. (LEI code: 2W8N8UU78PMDQKZENC08), acting in full independence and without any influence from the issuer regarding the timing of the transactions.

Following the transactions carried out to date, Biesse S.p.A. holds a total of n. 820,886 own shares, equal to 2,9% of the share capital.
