Ortaklığımız sermayesinin 78.290.009 TL tutarındaki kısmı 2024 yılı mali tablolarında yer alan Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı hesabından karşılanmak suretiyle 1.000.000.000 TL'den,1.078.290.009 TL'ye artırılması nedeniyle ihraç edilen 16.606.971,61 TL nominal değerli kısmın A grubu nama, 61.683.037,39 TL nominal değerli kısmın B grubu hamiline pay olarak çıkarılmasına ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 30.10.2025 tarih ve 57/1989 sayılı kararıyla onaylanmıştı.

Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylar" başlıklı 6. Maddesinin tadili 10.11.2025 tarihinde Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş ve 10.11.2025 tarih ve 11454 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayınlanmıştır.
