20.05.2022 , 19.06.2025  ve 31.07.2025  tarihli duyurularımızla ilgili olarak SPK'nın (II-15.1) Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 23/7 maddesi kapsamında yapılan açıklamamız aşağıda yer almaktadır.

Şirketimizin Niğde/Bor fabrika yerleşkesinde  12,5 MW gücünde Çatı Güneş Enerji Santrali (GES) projesi yatırımı için T.C Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Teşvik Uygulama ve Yabancı Sermaye Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yapmış olduğumuz teşvik müracaatı onaylanmış ve tarafımıza 265 Milyon TL tutarında Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi düzenlenmiştir.

Our statement regarding our announcements dated 20.05.2022, 19.06.2025 and 31.07.2025, made within the scope of article 23/7 of the CMB's (II-15.1) Special Circumstances Communiqué, is given below.

Our incentive application to the General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Investment of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey for the 12.5 MW Rooftop Solar Power Plant (SPP) project investment at our company's Niğde/Bor factory campus has been approved and an Investment Incentive Certificate of 265 Million TL has been issued to us.
