The tables included in this Company Announcement contain both the Aggregated Transaction Information as well as detailed Individual Transaction Information in relation to the purchases made under the Bank's Share Buy-Back programme during the reporting week.
From the 3rd November to 7th November, Bank of Valletta has purchased a total of 34,807 shares, equal to around 0.0054% of its share capital, at an average weighted purchase price of €1.90 per share, for a total amount of €66,133.30. These shares will not be cancelled.
