Board Changes

Petrel announces that James Finn has been appointed to the Board as an Executive Director. Additionally, John Teeling has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Further information regarding the appointment of Mr Finn in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules") is set out in the appendix to this announcement.
