Incentive program for senior executives

Sweco's AGM in April 2008 resolved in favour of a new warrant programme directed to approximately 50 senior executives in the Sweco Group, whereby a total of 1,700,000 warrants will be offered at a market-based premium, 6,35 SEK per each warrant. The application period for acquisition of the warrants was 12 May-23 May 2008. At the end of the application period, 45 senior executives had subscribed for a total of 1,252,000 warrants. The remaining 448,000 warrants have been retained to be offered to future senior executives. The new subscription of shares, through exercise of the warrants, will be from the period 30 May to 30 November 2011 at an exercise price of SEK 65,00 per share.
