Announcement of Write-off of unclaimed Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2019

The "SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (I.P.T.O.) HOLDING", with the distinctive title "A.D.M.I.E. (I.P.T.O.) HOLDING S.A." (or "Company"), informs the investment community and its shareholders that on 31.12.2025 the five-year deadline for the collection of the Dividend for the fiscal year 2019 expires.

After the expiry of the above date, the total amount of dividends uncollected from the beneficiary shareholders will be written off in favor of the Greek State. Shareholders who have not received these dividends may do so through the branch network of the paying bank under the name "National Bank of Greece S.A." until 31.12.2025, either in person by showing their Identity Card or with their legally authorized representative.

After the above date, shareholders will not be entitled to receive the uncollected dividends.
