ceo leaves ab fagerhult (publ)

Per Borgvall has after more than 4 years as CEO at AB Fagerhult decided to leave the Group and his position following and acceptance of a new CEO role. He will remain in his current position until his successor has been recruited.

Jan Svensson, the chairman of Fagerhults Board of Directors, comments:

"The Fagerhult Group has, under Per Borgvall's leadership, during the last four years executed a successful internationalisation and growth strategy. This strategy will remain under a new CEO."

Per Borgvall has accepted a position as CEO in Gunnebo AB (publ).
