Bure's share capital and number of shares on 28 November 2008

As per 28 November 2008 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounts to 83,914,680, of which Bure itself holds 0 shares. The share capital amounts to SEK 300,100,000.

At the beginning of the month the total number of shares in the company amounted to 92,639,637, of which Bure itself held 8,724,957 shares. The share capital amounted to SEK 300,100,000.

The reduction of shares during November is due to the fact that 8,724,957 shares have been cancelled in accordance with decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 6 November. The share capital still remains SEK 300,100,000 due to a bonus issue without issuance of new shares, decided by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 6 November.
