Klavs T. Pedersen, Head of the Danish operations within Mekonomen, takes on new challenges

Klavs T. Pedersen has accepted a new position as President of and partner in HP Verktöj and has thus decided to resign from his position as head of Mekonomen's Danish operations. Klavs will remain in his position until 1 May, 2009 and the search for his successor has commenced.

"During his two years with Mekonomen, Klavs T. Pedersen contributed strongly to the positive trend of the Danish operations and I would like to thank him for his excellent input during his time at Mekonomen. Klavs has now chosen to accept new challenges and we wish him the best of luck. Under Klavs's management, we were able to kick-start sales in Denmark and we now have a strong Danish organisation.
